Odd Color Out Game

1. Find the one tile with a different shade. Choose Classic for twelve untimed rounds, Survival for a challenge with three lives, or Timed sprint to spot as many shades as you can before time runs out.
2. Use Challenge options to choose a growing grid or a fixed size from 3×3 to 7×7. Select changes in lightness, saturation, hue, or a mixture. Timed sprint offers 15, 30, or 60 seconds.
3. Select the different tile, then review the answer. Later rounds make the color difference more subtle. In untimed modes, choose the next round when you are ready; sprint rounds advance automatically after brief feedback.
4. Compare the base and different-shade HEX codes after a guess. The displayed ΔE is a measure of perceptual color difference, helping explain why some rounds are harder than others.
5. Choose Play again for a new challenge. Daily and shared challenges retain the chosen settings so the same challenge can be repeated. Copy score includes your finished result and a challenge link.

Scan each row, then compare the columns. A lightness round asks you to find a lighter or darker tile, while a saturation round changes vividness. Screen brightness, ambient light, and individual perception affect play; this color game is not a diagnostic vision test.
