Compare simulation methods
Brettel and Machado use different models. At lower settings, Brettel blends its full result with the original; Machado changes a model parameter.
Compare colors under simulated color-vision differences
- Use the palette view for individual colors or upload an image to inspect a complete design.
- Select protan, deutan or tritan differences. Grayscale provides a separate lightness check. Simulation settings explain the selected model and its strength control.
- Compare original and simulated colors, inspect close palette pairs, or move the image comparison slider and download a simulation.
- Share the colors and simulation settings, copy simulated color codes, or download the simulated image as PNG. Shared links can reopen the included sample chart; uploaded images stay on your device and must be selected again.
If two chart colors become difficult to distinguish, add labels, different line styles, or shapes. A simulation is an approximation and does not replace testing with people or checking text contrast.
