Choose a harmony from your starting color
- Enter a base color and choose a harmony rule. Drag a wheel handle or use its arrow keys to adjust a color.
- Explore two to ten colors. Edit individual shades, lock colors to keep them, and reorder the palette. Independent edits use a Custom relationship.
- Use Undo and Redo to compare changes. Copy the palette, share the harmony, or download its colors.
- Save the complete harmony to keep colors, locks, order and settings. Reopen it from Saved work to continue editing.
A complementary pair uses opposite positions on this RGB wheel. Try using the base color for most of a design and its complement for a smaller accent; the relationship alone does not guarantee readable text.
